This appears to be a duplicate of bug 292159 which was actually a bug in
casper and resolved as of casper version 1.162.  Please be sure you have
this newer version installed.  For now I'm marking this as a duplicate
of bug 292159.  Thanks.

   MASTER update-initramfs is disabled since running on a live CD but it is running from a flash drive.
