[Bug 562348] Re: BigBen Wireless Gamepads work randomly

Tested with mainline kernel  2.6.34-999-generic #201005081426 ( linux-image-2.6.34-999-generic_2.6.34-999.201005081426_i386.deb and related packages ), no differences between this and latest 2.6.32-22-generic.
The devices require at least one "remove and re-insert" before an application recognize them.
Such behaviour does not happen with other RF-Based input devices, like an RF Mouse.
