ubuntu modules disabled in jaunty kernel

Here's the current list of modules that I had to temporarily disable in
the jaunty kernel. If anyone wants to work on forward porting them
(which may be as easy as updating to a newer version), feel free, and
send patches here. Note, they are disabled by commenting out the obj-m
lines in the corresponding makefiles.
