Hardy LUM updates for Hauppauge TV Tuner sticks

This updated patch series synchronizes the au0828 and sms1xxx driver 
with the code in the Belmont project.  These changesets resolve bugs: 
299634, 299636, 299640, 299671, 299680, 301204, 301405
