Nvidia Optimus

Hi all,
I don't know if I am sending this mail to the right place (if not sorry).

Can anybody give me some news about the Nvidia Optimus kernel support? I
have a Dell XPS 15z. The problem is that I have an Nvidia card which I
can't use.
I know about bumblebee but I think the kernel should have build in support.
