Jammy is syncing with linux-firmware.
It's only a minor version remained to be updated.
When this version is merged to upstream, it's more easy to cherry-pick.

But Focal is syncing with ath11k-firmware. it's old with different file path.

So Jammy can wait for updates of linux-firmware.
