Ok, I should have been more careful. This had been rejected for Noble 
before because it does not compile there. Possibly it was never intended 
for it and only slipped in because the oem kernel got it enabled. And 
the HWE kernel (Plucky) should as well.

If that is not correct you will have to submit again for noble but also 
with supporting patches to allow compiling.
