[SRU][kernel-snaps-uc24.04/pc][PATCH 0/1] Add support for Nvidia 580 driver

[Impact]
Add support for the new Nvidia 580 driver, as it is an LTS branch.
Update EOL upgrade path to point to the 580 driver as well.

[Fix]
Add 580 entry to nvidia_streams. Also change EOL driver upgrade path
to upgrade into the 580 driver.

[Test case]
Built and ran smoke tests, including testing an EOL upgrade scenario and
confirming the module loads.

[Regression potential]
The changes are mostly orthogonal to existing work, as they largely do not
modify existing code. The exception to this is the change in the upgrade path
for EOL drivers, as this will cause an upgrade to the 580 driver for anyone
using an EOL driver version (e.g. 550-erd).
