[SRU][kernel-snaps-uc24.04/pc][PATCH 1/1] nvidia_streams: add 580-erd driver support

Add 580 entry to nvidia_streams. Also change 550 EOL driver upgrade path
to 580 to ensure the latest driver is used in interactive installs.
