Summary: clicking on a harddisk partition in "storage media"
                    errors!
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: amd64
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: kubuntu
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: kde-core
        AssignedTo: debzilla at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: alex_has_email at yahoo.com
         QAContact: kubuntu-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

Ok, basically, with this problem, I can't normally access the files I usually use.

When I open "storage media" on a fresh kubuntu 5.04 AMD64 install I get to see
all my harddisk partitions.
So far so good, now, when I actually click on one of those to see its contents,
I get an error mentioning fstab!
This results in no actual access to the other partitions and their files.

Now, the thumbdrives/memorysticks I have work flawlessly with kubuntu and
"storage media". So, if the hard part of working with removable media works,
shouldn't normal harddisk partition work also?

Surely I don't have to open a sudo text-editor and enter all kinds of cryptic
lines in a text-file (fstab) just to see my other files? I'm figuring that my
intended action here is just what "storage media" is for! Right?
