Lithuanian language support is missing for KDE, because the package
kde-i18n-lt_3.4.0+cvs20040506.really.3.4.0-0ubuntu1_all.deb is basically empty -
7 kb, while it should be around 964 kb, e.g.,
http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/kde-3.4.0/kde-i18n/kde-i18n-lt_3.4.0-0pre1_all.deb.

Package maintainer seems to be Noel noel at debian.org
