Hi,

I have installed Kubuntu and asked yes to if I wanted to
install the language packages and I saw the
mozilla-firefox-locale-*

This makes no sense as firefox is not installed by default
and this wastes bandwidth and installation time (I had the
es-es, es-ar and en-gb as far as I remember).
