Having a Hauppauge TV-card and while using v4l-conf which comes with Kubuntu
Hoary AMD64, overlay doesn't work. Complains of missing DGA in v4l-conf
compilation. When swithing to Debian (v4l-conf_3.94-1_amd64.deb) version:
"downgrading v4l-conf from 3.94-1ubuntu1 to 3.94-1" , overlay starts to work.
