[Bug 52036] kasbar unhighlight on mouse over

Binary package hint: kdebase

Using kasbar instead of the taskbar, the active window should be light
grey and inactive windows should be dark grey. When moving the mouse
from the icon for the active window to an adjacent icon for an inactive
window, the icon for the active window turns dark grey instead of
staying light grey.

This is an inconvience because it can make it difficult to determine
which window is active sometimes.
