[Bug 52043] Please sync ept/adept from unstable

Public bug reported:

Please sync adept from unstable, overwriting changes in ubuntu is OK.
Note the source package name has changed from ept since dapper.

Changes to current Ubuntu (2.0)

adept (2.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Release 2.1 Cruiser,
  * rename the source package to adept,
  * split up the package per component,
  * improve startup perception (early GUI, lazy init),
  * user can now skip the fetch lists part of updater.
  * make adept-common depend on apt-index-watcher, closes: #359065
