Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/36088

Affects: kdeaccessibility kmousetool (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

Description:
I am using a thinkpad with a touchpoint. Opening the mouse preferences
dialogue on the Motion tab I can select a slider between Low and High
sensitivity for speed.

The labels to me suggest that at High sensitivity a little input should
create a larger output than on a Low sensitivity. However, the opposite
is in effect.
