A highly sensitive mouse allows you to easily make fine adjustments. It
easily lets you navigate even the smallest areas.

A cheap low sensitive mouse only supports large movements and does not
allow you to have the fine grain control of more sensitive devices.

The max. sensitivity level of mice do vary. High end mice are very
sensitive and are in high demand among some gamers for the fine
precision required for first-person shooters.

I think what would actually help here is documentation describing
exactly what is meant by mouse sensitivity.
