Okay, so there's also a new kcontrol package, which (presumably) doesn't
have the conflicting file. I can't upgrade kcontrol until kdebase-data
has been upgraded, but I can't upgrade kdebase-data with the existing
kcontrol in place!

I've always tried to tout the superiority of the Debian package system,
but this sounds a lot like RPM hell to me.
