[Bug 59008] The menus being misruled

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

If I install the kubuntu-desktop package on ubuntu my Gnome-menu being filled up with KDE-programs and my KDE-menu being filled up with Gnome-programs.
It the same if I install xubuntu-desktop on ubuntu, ubuntu-desktop or xubuntu-desktop on kubuntu or ubuntu-desktop or kubuntu-desktop on xubuntu.
Please fix this!
