[Bug 112489] Ratings system in Amarok flawed / one star should be customizable

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: amarok

"One star" in amarok is equivalent to "awful" by default. On a single
user system (where a single user is rating their music library) this
makes no sense; awful songs will likely be deleted by the user. The
meaning of "one star" should therefore be configurable; the option
should be there to allow "one star" songs to be set to "tolerable".
While this is a minor point, it's preventing me (at least) from rating
anything as one star.

** Affects: amarok (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
