I think the scores do come into play in some of the smart playlists or
dynamic playlists, but I'm not sure how.  I do think I've heard that
manual ratings are given more priority than the score that's calculated
based on how often you play it.

So is your idea then, that the impact of star ratings on those playlists
should be customizable?   If it were, how would you like it to work,
where would the option go in the config page, etc.  Please be as
specific as you can about what change you would like made in Amarok.
