The problem is, that UTF-8 is default charset in the system, but
regardles of this, the reported problem exist.
I got recommendation to use Tools -> Choose external charset -> UTF-8
to mitigate the bug. Unfortunatelly, I can't enable this explicit
selection of UTF-8, because Konqueror crash.
