I am finally able to reproduce this.

There are 2 situations:
- I add or remove text in a page: will never be saved!
- I add a new page and add or remove text from any Kjots page. Kjots saves as 
expected.

So, my new workaround is:
- add empty page anywhere
- start typing
- remove new empty page

Removing a page has no influence on wether kjots will save or not. In fact, if 
I want to remove a page, I have to add one first.
