  In the Kubuntu system settings module, component standard programs,
  selection Webbrowser.
  
- I would expect a choice between installed Brwosers which are Konqueror

  address" is misleading as this is not the action executed by the
  dialogue but rather a setting

- second selection : with the following webbrowser and file selection dialogue
