[Bug 246882] [NEW] Building Intrepid help index causes crash

Public bug reported:

Using Intrepid Alpha1 Kubuntu 64 bit on AMD64 PC. 
Go to Help menu item, Start Page - KDE Help Center window displayed.  Start entering text in search box.  Question - KDE Help window displayed with message 'A search index does not yet exist...'  Select create, Build Search Index window displayed.  Click on Application Manuals box (Status Missing).  Now click on Build index.  KDE Help Center - The KDE Crash Handler window displayed with the message 'The application KDE Help Center (khelpcenter) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV).'
