[Bug 225512] [NEW] Kopete (KDE4) doesn't centre popup notifications at the top of the screen properly

I would expect the popup notifications to be centred on the top of the
screen.  Instead, it appears as though the origin (top left) of the
popup notification is horizontally centred.  Refer to the attached image
for an example of this behaviour.
