[Bug 366670] [NEW] gtk-qt-engine project abandoned

The wonderful gtk-qt-engine had been abandoned by it's lone developer.
He recently moved all bugs to Google Code to remove it from his
university's server where it had been hosted until now. The dev has
expressed interest in incorporating patches that are provided to him,
however, he will not fix bugs himself.

Therefore, the usual approach of waiting for upstream will not help
resolve bugs in the case of gtk-qt-engine. Either the Ubuntu community
must send the patches upstream ourselves, or bugs filed against gtk-qt-
engine should be closed as abandoned.
