Hi,
Thank you for your investigation.
Since I have this problem, I've upgraded my ubuntu to the future 9.10.
During the upgrade process, I'll launch an "apt-get autoremove --purge" and the duplicated and obsolete package (QT library for example) was removed.
Now amarok is working well.
