[Bug 455359] [NEW] add to addressbook not working with akonadi

Binary package hint: kdepim

I have several address books in akonadi (local files and one remote ldap)
I selected one of them to be the default address book (a local file resource)
I selected one resource to be the default mailing list resource (a localfile resource)

In the mail preview, right click an email address then select add to address book
a popup appears for me to select in which address book I want to store this new email adress

Problem :
1. the selector lists none of my akonadi adress books (empty list)
2. if I select OK I am back to 1
3. if I select cancel
    a. nothing is added even on the default address book
    b. a popup appears telling me the add has been done OK !

Expected behaviour :
- list of active akonadi adress book displayed and selectable
- a cancel action should not confirm than the add has been successfull
- the 'default' adresss book designated in the akonadi configuration should be automatically selected
