[Bug 794320] [NEW] Some .desktop files are not translated

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

The .desktop files under /usr/share/kde4/apps/solid/actions/ are not translated, they are used by the KDE device notifier applet as you can view on the screenshot i am attaching.
We look up the translations with X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain, so to patch either the device notifier applet or something in kde4libs would be needed.
