[Bug 925002] Re: Code of Conduct Violation in Kubuntu Package kpat

This is not a Code Of Conduct issue, this is instead a question of
whether the package passes acceptability requirements in Ubuntu (in the
same way whether porn or other types of iffy content are accepted).

The CoC refers to the conduct of Ubuntu Members, and this seems to be an
upstream issue.

If anyone objects to this package being included in Ubuntu because it
contains strings that are deemed offensive, I would raise this with the
Community Council or Technical Board.
