The Kdevelop 5.2 series now has several bugfix releases that should be
SRUd to Bionic

Kdevelop in Bionic = 5.2.1

5.2.3 (.2 was never released)

These are bugfix and translation updates only, so should be appropriate
to update to in Bionic. These versions already exist in Cosmic.
