How about a user-driven (KDE-) preferences package repository?

Hi all,

The art team is discussing creating a new gallery system at art.ubuntu.com 
and/or using the existing infrastructure of ubuntu-art.org/kubuntu-art.org. I 
would suggest anyone interested joining in the next team meeting (tentatively 
set for Nov 1st at 15:00UTC) and dicussing this idea.
