kf5 branches moved

all kf5 branches were moved to a new project to avoid name clashing
while we work on 4.x and 5.x [1]

also the following branches were renamed:
- plasma-workspace-kf5 => plasma-workspace

renames currently not implemented pending some uploading:
- kactivitites-kf5 => kactivities
- kdnssd-kf5 => kdnssd
- kwallet-kf5 => kwallet

everyone please make sure to change your remote urls accordingly.

on a general note I'd like to mention that packaging branches are
supposed to use the upstream tarball name since our branch renaming in
2011. this is in to allow a 1:1 mapping from a list of tarballs
available on the kde depot to the appropriate branch on launchpad.
