just a short info:

kubuntu-ppa-build-status's cmake parser is working as expected again,
which also restores proper lintian checking, so if stuff suddenly
turns orange that was green before that's why.

also it now supports --nolintian which bypasses the lintian check
entirely (only useful for neon5 as there's no backing for that check
there)
