about sudo apt-get autoremove

Hi
I am on edgy kubuntu and a strange thing hapened with this command
it removes about 1 Go data
So now i have to reinstalled k3b and many others...
maybe when i will start it won't ???
I never been asked before to clean kubuntu this way ?
does anybody knows this ?
