Question : Konqueror can not connect to the internet.

I have installed Kubuntu 7.10, I can not connetc to any web URL 
using Konqueror. It say :

"An error occurred while loading URL
The file or folder URL does not exist."

I have connected to the internet throught a proxy server,
I can ping proxy server and error appear after I authenticate to the proxy

What is the solution ?
