How do I import my address book from from Thunderbird to Kmail in Hardy?

Bearing in mind that this is only one of the ways to go about it, it
creates a folder, in your case a *Personal Address Book* folder, and,
inside, your *named_as_in_Thunderbird.vcf* containing all your TB contacts.

Select and then right click on the address book you want to export. 
There is usually one or two - the second being the "collected addresses" 
one - but you could have more if you created some, but I guess it's not 
your case.

Once it's done, proceed to point 3.
