How do I import my address book from from Thunderbird to Kmail in Hardy?

I have now found and understand how to get to the page shown in the 
screen print, however, when I right-click on Personal Address Book, the 
box that opens gives the following choices - Propertied, New Card, and 
New List. 

I am looking for ,'proceed to point 3', where is it?  You see what I see 
in the screen print.

Please don't get too frustrated with my stupidity, I have to live with it.
