I have not gotten an error message. It just doesn't work. I am very
pressured right now, please forgive me. Someone gave help that
partially worked. I finally got a version of the bible on screen.
However, if I select the bible I choose, the one that was on the screen
remains. Also, when I click on a chapter or verse on the left, nothing
changes on the open page. Strange behavior.

No errors, even after the help that produced a page on the screen. From
somewhere in the middle of Ezekiel.

I am sure you are telling the truth, but I didn't realize I did that. I
most usually just respond with Reply unless the conversation goes off
topic. I am sorry.

I am not knowledgeable enough to understand what is typed below. I wish
I could.
> Obviously you are just making fun of me now. I am sorry you feel that way. I am doing my best to learn and would do better if I could. My computer is now behaving like it has a virus. If it does, it will be the first time it has happened since I have used Kubuntu. If it is a virus and you are responsible, I am sorry I angered you. If you read all those emails that were posted on my problem and got the responses that I made, you would see that I applied every suggestion and every suggestion failed. If you think it has troubled you, think about if you were in my place. My emails trouble you, however I have 8 people I have responded to over and over while they were trying to help me. And for that I am grateful, but I have answered perhaps 1000 emails without being rude even one time. I realize the answer is not within the knowledgebase of those who have helped, however, I still have the problem. I won't give up, just because your opinion of what is happening is negative. I have read several of you claiming to have given me the solution to my problem. Why then is it that it still doesn't work. I don't blame any of you for that, I think perhaps the problem is very unusual. Nonetheless it needs a solution. It is kind of like TV, if you don't like what is on the channel, you just change it. I on the other hand can't change channels until I solve the problem. An you obviously are not able to provide a solution. If I could afford to hire someone to fix the problem I would.

By the way, off list, I am in communication with two other individuals
who are a bit more serious and have sent ideas and received more
responses to this problem than have been posted on the list. One of
them was kind enough to call me from South Africa and spend 6 hours
talking with me to try to solve the problem, and he is a REAL expert was
CEO of a major computer firm with over 17,000 employees. I can't
imagine what his telephone bill will be.
We almost have the problem solved. He has commented on your behavior
regarding this problem. Nonetheless he continues to help me. I am
grateful for that. You have made my problem like I am trying to play
games with you. I have not. I just have a very difficult problem to
solve that is obviously way above your skill level. Because of your
attitude I have lost respect on the List. I have probably been filtered
from some very beneficial help, because you have convinced them I am
some mental case or something. You should be proud of yourself. The
list is my most precious contact with Linux experts, and your attitude
may have severed my contact. I hope you are proud of yourself.
