I have tried both Konqueror and Firefox. In the past, when I click on a
download, it happens automatically. I don't really know the application
that is doing the work. Right now, I am trying again using Firefox. I
am at 341mb of 596. This is the furthest I have gotten in the last 15
attempts. As I was writing it stopped. It may or may not resume, but I
am not downloading anything else, so why is it stopped at all. I have
over 200gb available in the drive it is going, and I have 8gb of memory
with only email and the download active. I have never experienced
anything like this before. Since this has been happening, I have had a
huge update download of 350mb that was not interrupted. Fortunately it
has resumed again. Maybe this time.
Is it possible that the server is so pleagued with customers that it
stops sending to share with others periodically. I discounted that
idea, because I let it run for 12 hours one time without resuming. What
interrupts a download?
