Does this instruction cause resume?

I tried ktorrent. I downloaded the torrent, but it does not work like I
am used to when using ktorrent. It downloads to a folder, but does not
appear on the Ktorrent program. I click on what they send, but it does
not transfer to the ktorrent program.
When I download a movie, for instance, I click on the download button, a
window opens that incuded the choices for what to download, I uncheck
the things I do not want, but when I click on OK, the box I checked the
items disappears and the torrent program starts downloading what I checked.
With the Kubuntu downloads, it arrives differently. When I click on
what they sent, it does not appear in the download portion of Ktorrent,
and I don't know what to do to make that happen. I currently have 478
of 596mb downloaded of the Jaunty package I am trying to receive and the
download is stopped. The most I have ever received before the download
just started over at 0 again is about 535mb. It is very frustrating
when I get that close to completion. Do you know if the torrent
procedures have changed in Jaunty Alpha 6?
Thanks for the reply, Nils. Is it warming in Germany with plants
sprouting, like here?
