Either the router allows intercommunication between wired 
LAN and WLAN, or not.

Most routers that I know (I never saw a Belkin router), 
separate LAN from WLAN by default for good reasons. If this 
is the case, you will need to deactivate this separation in 
order to activate intercommunication.

You can check very easily, whether this is the case:
Just use 2 wired connections or two wireless connections, 
just for testing.

If this works then but does not with different connections, 
then you will have to look into the router configuration and 
adjust accordingly.
