Not sure I understand your problem.
I got Kmail to sign my messages with the output of a command, namely a command 
that randomly selects a BOFH excuse among a list. You may instead want to sign 
with a file.
Try the Configuration menu, then Identity and the signature tab, select output 
from a file and type in its path.
