KMail and Belgian EID

What do you mean by "select a BOFH excuse among a list".
The fact is that, with the Belgian electronic identification card, it is 
possible to sign documents with adobe or OpenOffice on Linux. So I suppose that 
it is possible to configure KMail to sign the e-mails as well. My question was 
how to configure it.
