Controlling Thinkpad trackpad

In Precise, I could toggle the trackpad on a Thinkpad X220 on and off using Fn-F8. Following a clean install of Quantal that functionality seems to be gone. 


I'm guessing I forgot to install a package. Anyone know which package has this functionality (I already have kde-config-touchpad installed)?
