Hello

I'm using Firefox and Chromium under Kubuntu Utopic (14.10) 64 bits
without issue
In the past I had sometimes issues with Firefox and most of time I
solved the issue by

 1. stopping Firefox
 2. renaming my ~/.mozilla/firefox to ~/.mozilla/oldfirefox
 3. logout
 4. login
 5. start Firefox

NB : This solution is boring because you have to set up your
configuration (bookmark, plug-in etc...)
NB : It's possible to come back to your old environment by renaming back

Regards : TuxMario
