Why do posts here generate a "support request"?

I have posted twice to Kubuntu-Users in the past couple of weeks and BOTH
TIMES it generated an automated "ResRequest Support Request Received"
message from "Your ResRequest Support Team" at Hospitality Software
Solutions, with a phone number having a +27 country code, which Google says
in South Africa.
WHY???? Is this no longer a user-to-user support list? Or has a bot taken
it over for some reason?
After the first time, I sent a message to the list owners and have not seen
a response. So I guess I am opening a THIRD ResRequest support ticket to
satisfy my curiosity.
