Kubuntu 25.10 Upgrade Failed window

Apparently this was correct. Everything was available to update today and I
got a different "KDED pop-up" that said

"Upgrade Available
"Ubuntu 25.10 is available.
"Your device will stop receiving updates and security fixes in 83 days -
please upgrade when possible."
[Upgrade Available] (button}

I'm not ready to start the upgrade this morning, but clicking the button
prompted me for my password. I hit cancel, and then saw the (now familiar)
Upgrade Failed window with empty output. At least it's consistent! ;-)
