i noticed your coming from an australian address -
Try heading over to http://wiki.ubuntu.com/AustralianTeam/Members and
asking someone in your state to send you a Dapper flight 5 CDROM or just
a CD/DVD with dapper .deb files on it. While it wont be everything you
need, it will be a good start.
you could head into #ubuntu-au on irc and ask there as well.
